Juanita began her career in real estate as an apprentice to two realtor teams. It was a natural progression for her to start actively selling real estate. She has been one of Colorado Spring's well-known and respected brokers for over six years, with extensive knowledge of the entire area, and sells properties in El Paso and Teller Counties. Juanita enjoys working with the military, first time buyers and move-up buyers, and holds monthly home buyers and sellers seminar to teach homeowners about the current market trends and how to wisely buy and sell one of the largest investments most people make in their lifetime.
