My name is Mike Ockert and I'm a Keller Williams Real Estate Agent. I was raised on the East Coast and then moved out to Colorado Springs in the 90's. I've had the opportunity to reside on both the North and South ends of Colorado Springs, finding things of interest and appreciation on both ends. I have a lot of appreciation for Colorado Springs as a community and for the beautiful city it is.

My real estate experience has come from over 13 years in the investment side of real estate and over two years as a real estate agent. I currenlty own an operate a real estate investment business, here in Colorado Springs! The number one thing I learned in the investment business in the art of negotiations! The tongue and a good pen is mighterer than any sword!
