Hi, I’m Russ Gordon. My family and I moved to Colorado Springs in 1996 and at the time I was pursuing my Master’s degree in Management. I formed a corporation a year or two later to help families in need and decided that being a real estate agent would be a great way to 1) help even more families 2) give me the flexibility to pursue our charitable interests and spend quality time with my own family and 3) be a positive influence on the community we’d come to love.

Since then, I’ve helped dozens of families (and individuals) find the home of their dreams or sell a home that no longer met their needs, but was perfect for someone else. I love the real estate business and I am fully committed to the profession. Whether I’m marketing a luxury home or helping a young couple find their first home, it’s a blessing to be a part of this important, often overwhelming process. I get a great deal of satisfaction knowing I’ve been able to help to make someone’s dreams come true and overcoming obstacles that can occur along the way is my forte.

My wonderful wife and I have been married for over 20 years; I have 4 great kids and count it a privilege to be a part of several community activities that help me to keep my fingers on the heartbeat of Colorado Springs.
