Jim is the Managing Broker of A Better Way Realty, the parent company of our REInvestGroup team. With over 30 years of experience in both Residential and Commercial real estate, Jim is at home with even the most complicated of transactions. More importantly, he enjoys sharing his knowledge by teaching Real Estate Investing classes throughout Denver's Community College system. Many of our experienced investors will eventually find themselves attracted to one or more of Jim's commercial real estate partnerships, recently Mini Storages, of which Jim has completed dozens in the past two decades.

Bart is a retired Business Systems Consultant who, after completing our Real Estate Investing curriculum, put the techniques he learned to work to acquire a sizable and varied real estate portfolio. His market specialties are the northern metro market as well as Highlands Ranch. Being the resident "geek", Bart is the driving force behind our website and the various technologies which distinguish our products and solutions. In addition to his ePRO Certification, and in his spare time, he is pursuing another specialty in real estate - Resort & Second Home Markets Certification (RSPS).
