Foxridge Price Per Foot is UP!!
Great News--Foxridge has been experiencing some great sales with price per foot increases! Currently we are seeing about $145/foot where as 6 weeks ago it was about $140/foot --based on sold prices. Fall is a great time to list your home!

Homes for Sale in Foxridge
There are fewer homes on the market which leads to fewer sales overall. We are seeing an upswing in price. Foxridge remains very affordable for the south metro area.
