After serving two years in the Air Force during World War II, Mack started building one home at a time. When it sold he built another. This enterprise grew to over 100 homes per year and included the operation of three companies; 3-D Construction Company, Atlas Plumbing & Heating and Durbin & Stevens Excavating. Mack became the largest general contractor in Lexington, Kentucky. In addition to building homes, he also expanded into commercial construction including the office complex for the Board of Education, Doctors Park at the University of Kentucky, numerous apartment complexes, and he even had a swimming pool franchise. (whew!)

Mack became a broker in Kentucky in 1966 and sold most of his own homes. In 1976 he moved to Denver, working with several top builders, obtaining his real estate broker license and was associated with Re/MaxPerry & Butler and Moore & Co. before forming our own real estate company.

Andi's background includes lots of experience with lawyers and law firms, lots of fun with computers and a real enjoyment of people. She obtained her real estate license in 1990 and is now an independent broker after being associated with Perry & Butler and Moore & Co.

Together Mack and Andi were among the top producers with many gold and silver awards. They are members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS®, the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association and the Denver MetroCommercial Association of REALTORS®.

Today we are active not only in residential sales and marketing, but are pleased to assist many commercial buyers and sellers with their needs.
