Diane Roehl

Judy Nystrom and Diane Roehl formed the HOME Team, Inc. in 2005. Together they have more than 35 years experience in real estate. Their business philosophy is to deliver the very best service possible with integrity and professionalism. Their partnership approach provides seamless representation and communication throughout the selling process - allowing their clients' interests and concerns to always come first.

Judy moved to Estes Park in 1983 and changed careers from business ownership to construction coordation, property development and management. She become a Realtor in 1987, expanding her services to help developers and property owners work with City and County planning and development offices. Judy is active in the Estes Valley Land Conservation Trust, serves on the Habitat for Humanity, Community Foundation and Estes Valley Victim Advocates Boards. Judy was named Estes Park's Business Person of the Year in 2007.

Diane and her husband John have been full-time Estes Park residents since 2002. While living in Denver, Diane was Assistant Director of Marketing for Simpson Property Group. Prior to that, Diane spent 15 years with Trojan Properties, Inc. in Rancho Mirage, California, working in both the New Home and Resale Divisions at The Springs Club and The Club at Morningside, both luxury golf course communities.

Judy and Diane's clients consider them to be problem solvers, creative and thorough. Both are recipients of the Premier Service Diamond Elite Awards for their superior customer service.
