Jason Adams

I am an avid outdoor enthusiast who has enjoyed Colorado's Rocky Mountains since 1982, after moving here from a small community outside Madison Wisconsin. I spend my days off hiking, camping, and photographing as much wildlife as I can come into contact with. I also enjoy skiing in the winter and going off road in the summer.

Vacation and second homes is my specialty. I work with snowbirds coming here for the summer from hot states, and skiers wanting their own places for the winter. Our resort communities are Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper Mountain, with the towns of Frisco, Silverthorne and Dillon being the year round hubs. Our county has a permanent, full time population of around 25,000 for the entire county, but about 3/4 of our business is second homes.

I graduated from Coldwell Banker Real Estate School and became a licensed Associate Broker in November 2005. After working just over a year in the Coldwell Banker Lakewood office I realized that I wanted to do what I enjoyed, being a Realtor, in a place I was passionate about, Summit County is that place. I have been told from a young age that I am a bit of a perfectionist; I believe anything worth doing is worth doing right so you can count on me to provide the highest level of service available in the county.
