Annette Bates

Born in a small Midwestern town, I was raised on a farm, with a strong work ethic. Went to a small-town high school and, after graduating from “the U”, the thing to do was move to Denver. Working for attorneys initiated me into the business world, and the next step was REAL ESTATE!

A number of years in the real estate business has given me the skill important for this industry. Training started with a small firm headed up by Les Peats at Golden Eagle Real Estate. I went on to Century 21 and participated in their outstanding training system, as well as their world-famous relocation program. Then Re/Max was the next step, and I spent the next 12 years of my career with this fabulous organization. Now licensed at Exit Excalibur Real Estate, I am engaged in the next step in my career.
