Ken has a 4 yr Bachelor's degree from Maryville College with a major in marketing. After college, Ken worked for Kmart
corporation as a Regional Project Manager, in charge of $3 million dollar refurbishing projects in which he oversa the renovation of older retail stores. It was after this Ken entered into finance, where he made his mark by changing the standards and processes in the automotive finance world which are still used today. Negoitiating with banks to provide ciients lower rates and the company he worked for additional profits (in the millions), Ken has alway created a new way to benefit the client he worked for without disregard for the end user. Now in the real estae industry, Ken sets out to bring this
