I have been selling real estate since 1985 here in Winter Park Colorado. In 1995 I got my managing Broker license and opened up my own company, Black Diamond Real Estate. We are located in the Pine Tree Plaza in unit # 204 here in Winter Park. I have also been on the Winter Park professional ski patrol for 30 years.
