Dennis Saffell

Dennis moved to the FraserRiverValley from Denver in 1982 after college. His family had a small condominium outside of Fraser, where he grew up spending weekends and summer vacations. His love of the FraserValley and all it has to offer began in 1969 when he learned to ski at Idlewild. Since then Dennis has been active in land development, home construction, land sales and served as community leader. More importantly Dennis and his wife, Cyndie, are raising two sons in the valley and enjoy skiing, fly fishing, rafting, golf and mountain biking.

Dennis has been a Community Leader in the FraserValley for 23 years! Some of his accomplishments include: Citizen of the Year; Founder/President Winter Park Music, Inc. He has served on numerous boards and associations, some of which include: The Reserve at Elkhorn Ridge, Zephyr Mountain Lodge, Winter Park Master Association and Legacy Park Ranch.
He is the Founder/Owner of Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties (Real Estate Brokerage), New Frontier Construction Development Inc. (Construction & Development), and Fraser River Log & Timber, Inc (Log Homes & Timber Components).
