Sometimes items appear on your report that do not belong to you, or may sometimes be incorrect, however being guided in the right direction can improve your Credit substantially! With a better score you may be approved for a lower interest rate to buy a Car, Motorcycle, Home, Refinance, Etc.

Buyers Advantage Realty was created 7 years ago (July 1st. 2000) and since then there have been many changes. We have created a unique, one-of-a-kind Company that has Training Programs structured to make our Agents Specialists over time, in all aspects of Real Estate. These mandatory training programs teach my agents that they are responsible for every lead or client they are working with and are accountable with structured Company paperwork. There is also a screening process for new agents and a $600.00 Training fee(waived), which enables them to have hands-on training with Top Producer Trainers (30-50 Transactions a year).We have formed a Company that makes Agents the Best in the business and supports them by giving them leads generated by the Company (over 3000 leads a year). We have grown just this past year by 41%!

The Company’s web site (BuyersAdvantageRealty.US) has generated over 100,000 Hits and has over 500 Listings for buyers to view. If you are Selling property, the commission is negotiable and we can go as low as 3% to sell your home and place you in 3 Magazines and on the Internet until your home sells. We also do Relocation work all over the USA to make your home purchase, Protected by our Top Agents.

We have just created a new branch of the Company and that’s the Credit Counseling Department, Free Credit Report and Credit Counseling and advice-$99. Understanding credit should only be handled by professionals that can guide you on the right path to improve your credit and score.

This year’s outlook for the Company is very good and we will continue to expand to make our programs better, to Service the Client. We have expanded into Massachusetts and this year will be going to New York and North Carolina to do research on bringing our “New Concept in Real Estate” to those good people. We have added different options for our agents for health issues for them, to be compensated by the Company. I am looking into a new structure for the Company were the agent gets Bonuses and Vested Interests We are also bringing on board 2 new agents that will go through a year of Training/hands on. The Company and its agents belong to 3 new lead sites and they are also closing 50% of there own leads!
