Jeff Romatzick

I am the team leader of Romatzick & Associates of William Raveis Real Estate. I previously was a broker/owner of an independent real estate firm located in Southwestern CT. I specialize in upper Fairfield and lower New Haven Counties in Connecticut. I consistently increase my education and knowledge in the real estate industry in order to give my clients the professionalism and expertise they deserve. I employ the most cutting edge technology to better serve my clients.

I am a licensed Realtor in the state of Connecticut and a member of the National Associations of Realtors and the Connecticut Association of Realtors.. I am a member of the Greater Bridgeport Board of Realtors of which I am a member of the Board of Directors. I subscribe to the Statewide Connecticut MLS and Consolidated MLS. I proudly carry the following designations:

1. GRI - Graduate of the Real Estate Institute - The most intensive course training offered to realtors
2. e-PRO - Intensive Internet training and marketing which allow me to better serve and expose my clients homes and work with buyers from different areas of the country. Currently, less than 5% of licensed realtors carry this designation.
