Tom and Cathy Sheldon

Tom and Cathy have lived in Southeastern Connecticut since 1973 with homes in Norwich (Laurel Hill), Gales Ferry (Ledyard), and Niantic (East Lyme). They raised two children while residing in Gales Ferry - participating in the usual PTA, Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, soccer, baseball, football, and softball activities from youth league through high school. After successfully putting the kids through college, Tom and Cathy sold their large colonial and moved to a Niantic condo. This allows them to concentrate on real estate and their client's needs. Our clients rely on our attention to detail, high integrity standards, and understanding of investment strategies. Tom and Cathy enjoy a high referral rate from former clients and Tom has attained the "Master Award" from the Eastern CT Association of REALTORs for performing in the TOP 5% of all members. TOM is an Accredited Buyer Representative, ABR, and loves working with multi-family investors and single-family home and condo buyers alike. Cathy is a specialist with the First-Time Buyers.
