Rob has been a realtor since 1994 and currently resides in Woodbury, Connecticut & San Diego, California. He offers Relocation service to and from the East & West coasts. Broker/Realtor since 1994, Rob was first licensed in Colorado as a Broker, and then in Connecticut as a Broker in 1997. With a degree in Finance & Small Business Consulting from The U, Rob continued with Joyce S. Drakeley Real Estate through to the present. In 1999, Rob created the Bethlehem, CT branch office from a circa '1685 Main Street home, completley rehabing to restore original features, and then again in 2005 with the circa 1738 Bellamy house on Main Street in Watertown, CT. In 2007 Rob became licensed in California with The CPR Group based out of San Diego County, California, with offices in Mission Valley, Del Mar & Rancho Bernardo. In 2008, Rob recieved his Broker license in Rhode Island & his designation of the ECOBroker, specializing in enviormental issues & energy cost-savings. Rob also has his e-pro certification as well as his GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute).
