Since 1978, I have been active in the sales and marketing of homes, new construction and land development. As a native Delawarean, I am thoroughly familiar with New Castle County, DE and Southern Chester County, PA. My real estate career started as a sales agent, then the Broker/Manager for one of our areas largest real estate companies. In 1987 I opened my own firm, employing over 30 agents and subsequently sold it to a National Real Estate company. I enjoyed working with buyers and sellers more than managing an office, so I took a promotion to "Salesperson" and became one of the areas most successful agents. In 2004, I opened Help-U-Sell Strusowski Real Estate to offer consumers an "alternate choice" to the traditional. commission based real estate company. It was the best career change I ever made!
I graduated from Salesianum High School and then the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts degree. I am a Realtor and a member of the National Association of Realtors, a DIrector of the Delaware Association of Realtors, and a member of the New Castle County Board of Realtors. I hold a Broker's License in both the state of Delaware and Pennsylvania. I am a Graduate of the Realtors Institute and have completed all course requirements for the GRI, CRS, CRB and the ABR Designations. The areas in Delaware I service are Hockessin, Wilmington, Newark, Bear, Claymont, Middletown, Greenville, Centerville and Townsend. The Pennsylvania areas serviced are Kennett Square, Chadds Ford, Landenberg, Avon Grove and West Grove. Our Resort Homes Division also services the Beach areas of Delaware, including Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, Ocean View, Frankford and Millsboro.
