Teresa Cason

Teresa Cason, better known as “TC”, is a real estate professional and one of the top agents in Sussex County. A Rehoboth resident for many years, she was actively recruited into real estate by the area’s largest broker. Prior to real estate, TC worked twenty years in the information technology industry. As a senior manager for major corporations like Oracle Corporation and Sun Microsystems, TC provided sales and consulting expertise in the telecommunications & financial services sectors. She has been a guest speaker on technology subjects throughout the United States.

Using her technology and sales proficiency in the real estate arena, TC has established a successful new career in real estate. In 2005 TC was the recipient of the Executive Club award for her sales performance. In addition, Delaware Today recognized her as one of the top women owned businesses. Her focus is residential, investment, commercial and development/builder real estate projects. By providing a high level of customer service, TC makes the process easier for her clients from home selection to settlement. In her spare time, she actively participates in fundraising activities, public speaking and financial management for several volunteer organizations.

While living in DC and Rehoboth Beach, she has participated in middle school career programs and was selected to be one of several women featured in a book in the Cool Careers for Girls series.

TC is a firm proponent of education. She earned an MBA which she utilized in her business career prior to relocating to Southern Delaware.

After receiving her Delaware Real Estate License, TC has continued to follow her passion of training within her newfound profession. She is currently the recipient of the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation. This makes her one of the few agents in the State who is able to enjoy this prestigious network of Agents from across the country.

She also holds a Senior Real Estate Specialist title. The SRES® Designation program trains REALTORS® to profitably and ethically serve the real estate needs of clients age 50+. This allows TC to help retirees and pre- retirees to enjoy the benefits of retiring to this fantastic area.
