My thirty years plus as a Realtor have enabled me to acquire unique qualifications that provide me with the skills to serve my clients in every apect of the Real Estate Transaction. As a Vice-President of a real estate title company, I handled hundreds of real estate settlements. I know where a buyer can save money on closing costs and attorneys that know how to conduct a good settlement..As a loan officer, I handled financing for numerous buyers. As a loan officer I learned many financing programs, some of which (FHA and VA) have once again become a valuable tool in financing homes with little or no downpayment. As a former co-owner of a real estate company, I managed our new home sales center. As mananger of the sales center, I worked closely with buyers and builders to help our clients build the home of their dreams. Selling, financing and the settlement of homes is what real estate is all about, and that is what my experience, is all about.
