I have travelled extensively throughout the world, especially in the middle and far east, and lived overseas for almost 20 years with my husband and family. While living and working in the middle east, I worked as a Contracts Representative in the oil industry for one of the worlds largest oil companies. Contract negotiation for the leasing and construction of a fleet of ships to support off-shore oil production was the main scope of my work. I have utilized those negotiating skills in my current work negotiating the sale and purchase of homes for my clients. I also use my accounting skills and market analysis skills for both Buyers and Sellers in determining fair market value and how to achieve a fully executed contract that is satisfactory to both sides of the transaction. Representing Customers to my fullest ability is what they deserve and I do my best to deliver that service consistently. I also make it my goal to deal fairly with other Realtors and their Customers and comply with the high standard of ethics that the consumer deserves on both sides of the transaction. I also feel it is my responsibililty to stay informed of the economic and political developments in the communities I specialize in and the state in general. Changing trends and economic factors are the "drivers" of the economy and I do my best to keep Customers aware of how this affects their home ownership and investments. Good information allows Consumers to make better decisions.
