Capt. Wayne E. Rowlett

Wayne Rowlett is manager and broker of Crystal Palms Realty, LLC. In 2006 Captain Wayne produced and hosted his own 30-minute Real Estate TV program called, "The Real Estate Lifestyles Show," a national TV show to showcase exceptional homes and properties on the market in the Florida panhandle. Currently Captain Wayne is working toward opening a Real Estate school called LifeStyles School of Realty that will also provide online courses. Captain Wayne is a native of southern Indiana and a graduate of Cheshire University. Captain Wayne holds an MBA and a BS in Aviation Management. He served in the United States Marine Corps during Viet Nam and the Georgia Guard as the G-4 Logistics officer. Honorably discharged as a Colonel, Wayne is accustomed to multitasking with many people to achieve a common goal in high stress environments. As a pilot for an international air freight company, he has also flown all over the world and currently a licensed Certified Flight Instructor. In 2003, Captain Wayne earned his USCG 100 ton master and became a US Merchant Marine Officer. He has managed family-owned subdivision developments in Atlanta, Georgia for ten years and enjoyed the challenges of complex real estate transactions. He is the recipient of the Platinum award from the Franklin Gulf County Realtors Association. He now lives in Bonifay, FL a pleasant rural community north of Panama City. Served on the board of trustees of his local church, worked with the local Emergency Management Team and was a member of the South Gulf County Volunteer Fire Department until his move to Holmes county.
