My clients come to me mainly by referral or through my website where they can search the MLS and get a monthly newsletter updating them on the market here. I'm very thorough and detailed in dealing with buyers and that's why not only the buyers are happy, but the sellers on the other side, the sellers' agents and even the title companies or attorneys who do the closings. I follow up on all the details including making sure the mortgage broker (if there is one) is doing their job.
