As a 1994 Georgia Tech graduate with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Danilo worked in corporate America for nine years in the area of construction and engineering project management. As Director of Engineering for Mastec Wireless, Inc; Danilo was in charge of selling the company’s services and negotiating major contracts and industry accreditations. This professional experience prepared him for his entrepreneurial career in real estate sales.

In 2003 he obtained his Real Estate and Mortgage Broker licenses, beginning his career as a professional real estate sales representative. In 2004, his first year full time in real estate, he was awarded the “Rookie of the Year” award for the Keyes Doral Office for selling over $5.2 Million in properties. The following year, Danilo made it into the top 1% of Realtors in Miami Dade for selling over $8 Million and more than 35 properties. In 2006, Danilo reached the $10 Million mark in sales and over 50 transactions and was among the top 50 realtors for the Keyes Company, a company with over 2000 agents. In 2006, Danilo was named to the Rising Star Panel in the Keyes Company.

2005 – Sold 49 properties totaling a closed sales volume of $8 Million and made it into the top 1% of Realtors in Miami-Dade.

2004 – Sold 32 properties totaling a closed volume of $5.2 Million and was awarded the “Rookie of the Year” award for the Keyes Doral Office.

2003 – Obtained Real Estate and Mortgage Broker licenses, worked part – time to learn the business for 6 months before going full time in October 2004.
