Tom Fleming

I moved to Florida in 1990 and have lived in Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach and currently reside in Deerfield Beach with my wife of 20 years and my two boys. I am an avid softball player and also coach Little League and t-ball. As a family we enjoy going to sporting events, music, cooking, movies and travel. We also do volunteer work / fundraising for March of Dimes and have sat on the family advisory council for Chris Evert Hospital. Our emphasis is helping the fight against prematurity. My youngest son was born at 25 weeks at 1lb 12oz. which has taught us how this supposedly joyful period of birth can become one of concerns that thankfully most don't have to deal with.
I am active in the Deerfield Chamber of Commerce and am an alumni for Deerfield Leadership.

I look forward to help both buyers and sellers achieve there dreams by keeping them well informed on the area they are looking at. With sellers, I also utilize my extensive marketing background to provide a high quality marketing campaign. My primary area of business for sellers is Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Lighthouse Point and Hillsboro Beach. For buyers, I focus on the North Broward/ South Palm Beach counties.

My background includes a strong emphasis in direct marketing and sales and I have spent a lot of time working with several of the local communities on past projects. This gives me added knowledge of the local communities for educating new buyers in the area and helping sellers show the community as well. I am married for 20 years with two boys.

I am an active member in the community, working with the Deerfield Chamber of Commerce, Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce, am a Deerfield Leadership Alumni, coach youth t-ball and Little League and with my family, “Team Fleming,” coordinate a yearly fundraiser for March of Dimes with Walk America, featuring my son who was born at 25 weeks. Miracles do happen. Team Fleming has raised over $8,000 in the fight against prematurity.

Education and communication are important to me. I have completed my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), E-PRO to market efficiently on the web, and am working to complete my ABR (Acredited Buyer Representative) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). This allows me to stay on top of the latest trends and technologies to better serve my clients.
