Broker/Owner of Investors Choice Real estate, David has been involved with Real Estate for almost 30 years. He moved to Florida in 1994 with his wife Kathy. Having always loved a good deal, he specialized in Government Resale's prior to opening Investors Choice in June of 2000. Investors Choice was formed to generate funding for The New Paradigm Foundation. A non profit organization for the needy which is run by his wife Kathy. He has persued other business interests in his career, but none to equal his love of real estate. His company and personal philosophy is to, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."
