I am the previous Broker/Owner of two Real Estate Franchises here in Southwest Florida. Sellstate Veterans Realty Network was located in Fort Myers and Sellstate Prime Realty Network which was located in Estero, Florida. I am a transplanted Ohioan who still loves the Cleveland Browns, the Indians and OSU. Please don’t hold that against me, only one out of the three wins most of the time. I have been married for the last 40 years to the same woman and have two daughters and 5 grandchildren. I served nine years in the U S Navy and when I purchased the franchises I partnered with another ex-Navy man who retired with 29 years service. That is why we chose the name Sellstate Veterans, however we decided to branch out and do it on our own. The Sellstate Real Estate system is one of the largest real estate organizations in Southwest Florida and is now located in 17 States\ and we owe a lot to them for showing us the way. Our goal is to make your real estate experience a pleasant and stress free experience. I am confident that if you give us a try, you will be a client forever. We are not fancy or have the prettiest offices but what we have is the best people that do their best to make sure your experience is the best. Give us a try, you will not be disappointed.

The Best Opportunity in 35 Years

Home Sales Market Update

Real Estate although painted with a broad brush by the press has always been a local market. It is impossible to make a claim that the Real Estate Market is up or down unless we explain that we are talking about more down areas than up areas in general or ...
