Marianne "Pogo" Gorwood

I moved to Cape Coral, FL from the White Mountains of New Hampshire in 2003 after vacationing in the area for many years. I was a real estate agent in New Hampshire selling vacation homes and condominiums in a ski resort community called Waterville Valley. I was the manager of a 107 unit condominium hotel for several years prior to getting my real estate license. My husband had been a real estate agent for many years and he needed me to step in to help him with his business when he became too ill to continue working. After his death in 2002 I decided to continue in his "shoes" and although I have not quite matched his best years, I know he would be very proud of me as I continue to put homes and people together. The best part of this business is meeting new people and making life long friends.

I specialize in residential home sales, am a licensed real estate associate, a Realtor, have the GRI designation, am a member of the Women's Council of Realtors.
