My speciality is residential real estate, for buyers and sellers. I provide service for families, young professionals, first time homebuyers; investors for residential homes, condos and residential lots, interior and waterfront. I have experience with Military Transfers, Contracted Relocations and Vacation Homebuyers including those using the benefits of a 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchange. Keeping my clients informed about their transaction and what to expect is important to me and to them. Together we do the research so each client can make an informed decision. Professional service and Customer satisfaction has been the heartbeat of my real estate business for many years.

My husband and I live in Fort Walton Beach now but because he was in the Air Force, we have lived in Tennessee, South Carolina, California, Yokota-Japan, Bitburg-Germany, New York and Mississippi where I grew up. We have a daughter a son and grandchildren in Kentucky and South Florida.

Fort Walton Beach Real Estate has been my profession since 1987. Other areas I serve are Destin, Shalimar, Niceville, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Mary Esther and Navarre.

My Education and Designations are Certified Residential Specialist, CRS; Graduate of the Realtor Institute, GRI; Accredited Buyer Representative, ABR, Technology Certification, ePRO; Recreation and Resort Specialist, RRS; Florida licensed Real Estate Instructor; Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and the Dale Carnegie Course.

I have held several positions with great companies, managed a small Credit Union, a Mary Kay Cosmetics Sales Director, however Real Estate Sales and Service has been the most rewarding and the most fun.
