After graduating from the University of North Carolina Bethany embarked on a career in Real Estate. Her first venture was into investment properties. She joined a team of seasoned residential investors and soon began spearheading projects. With her research background as a paralegal she was able to discover hidden deals.

An investment partner of Bethany's, who was one of the top 100 Realtors nationwide, encouraged her to become a real estate agent and to help others with all she had learned. Bethany agreed to a mentorship where she learned the best tools for selling real estate and helping buyers get the best possible deal. Eventually she decided to concentrate on what she is most passionate about, horse properties.
