I am committed to providing the highest level of customer service and I absolutely love working in real estate. I enjoy the due diligence, planning and permitting aspect of vacant land, selling homes, as well as complex commercial transactions. I set no barriers on myself. A previous resident of Jacksonville for over 17 years, I have recently moved to Magnolia Point Golf and Country Club in Green Cove Springs, and absolutely love the community. Green Cove Springs is experiencing tremendous growth and I am excited to be part of the forward movement of this dynamic city.

I initially starting working in real estate as a paralegal in 1982. During the past 25 years I have gained experience as a professional real estate broker woking in both residential and commercial transactions. I spent nearly 7 years working with a Jacksonville land development firm as the Director of Operations overseeing land aquisitions and development. I'm also a licensed Mortgage Broker and was previously licensed title Insurance Agent.

I spent several years serving as the Director of Real Estate Development and Asset Manger for a not-for-profit Jacksonville organization dedicated to providing affordable housing. The challenge including the acquisition and complete due-diligence of an 104 unit apartment complex, including grant filing and obtaining HUD insured financing. Total asset managment covered 476 multi-family units. I was actively involved in the redevelopment of a "critical care" or blighted neighborhood in Jacksonville. This involved the acquisition of multiple parcels and contributions by the City of Jacksonville and JEA to bring in public water and sewer services to the redevelopment area.
