Julia Braddy, Senior Team Member, is the founder of www.GulfBreezeHomes.com and the informative web site www.TeamBraddyandCoogle.com, Julia is proud of the many years she has served the NW Florida community as a Realtor. Julia was one of the first Realtors nationwide to be internet certified to do real estate business online and has over 15 years of experience, specializing in sales marketing, especially on the internet (where buyers are searching today). Julia is a leader, winning awards by setting the pace with unique and innovative marketing techniques. Lorie Coogle specializes in new home sales and works with the Team’s Buyers. Lorie has an excellent reputation for customer service, managing Coogle Homes LLC for her husband, Sean, for over 10 years and looking after the rental properties they currently own. Lorie partnered with Julia in 2008 to form “Team Braddy and Coogle“ and combines her unique experiences in building new homes and in owning numerous rental properties to give buyers an advantage when touring properties and when making an offer that will be a good investment.
