I was born in Kansas, grew up in the midwest and moved to Sarasota, Florida from Omaha, Nebraska. Have been a resident of Florida since 1968 which means have lived in Sarasota area for over 39 years.

Have over 25 years experience in the real estate business, and 30 years in the construction business. Currently Broker and President of Light Realty & Associates, Inc. and qualifying broker for a local custom builder, serving the Gulf Coast of Florida: Sarasota County, & Manatee County, Real Estate Home Buying and Selling Needs.

My experience includes New Construction, Resale, Relocation Experience, Providing Residential Services to Domestic and International Clients. Residential Sales: Acreage, Condominiums, Luxury Estates, Penthouses, Single Family Homes, Townhomes, and Villas.

I am an avid golfer and am very familiar with most of the golf courses in the Sarasota and Manatee County area. Have worked as a realtor or as a builder in many communities in Sarasota and Manatee county. Recently been selling homes in Bradenton East, Lakewood Ranch, The Shores at Waterlefe Golf and River Club, The Lake Club, The Concession, The Hammocks in Sarasota, Boca Royale Golf and Country Club, The Meadows, Las Palmas, and Longboat Key.
