Melissa Rodriguez

Melissa Rodriguez is currently a Sales Associate who sells homes but also specializes in Commercial and Land Development for Stirling Sotheby's International Realty. She joined Stirling Sotheby's in 2005. Melissa's knowledge of land development, permitting, hotel investments, and her insight on 1031 exchanges to investors, has allowed her to produce over $130 Million Dollars in marketing productivity within the second quarter of 2006.

Her passion and drive is easily noticed through her work. Prior to joining Stirling Sotheby’s, Melissa held the position of Certified Training Kitchen Manager for On the Border, in Mesa, Arizona from 2002-2004. Melissa was a Multi-Unit Manager of CA1 Services receiving the highest evaluation of "Exceeded Expectations" from her General Manager during her Chili's
Management training.

Melissa has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hotel & Restaurant Institutional Management from Johnson & Wales University, from Miami, Florida. Melissa is an ORRA member and has the designation of being a REALTOR.
Melissa also was honored with the title of "Miss Congeniality" during a pageant in Atlanta, GA.
