Michael Kara

I have lived in Central Florida since 1975 which has allowed me to gain a great amount of knowledge about our local area as well as the entire state. I began purchasing properties at the age of 21 and learned about renovations/investments via hands on experience with sweat equity, determination and outright hard work. It was during this time that I also learned the details and aspects wholesaling and flipping of properties. In 1997 I became a licensed realtor and in 2001 I obtained my real estate brokers license. That same year, I started renovation projects for investors which provided to be very lucrative in their returns. I opened my first real estate company in 2002, along with this was hired to handle the sales and provide creative input for a large town home community. By 2003, I was constructing single family homes and multi-family units. This past year I have opened my second real estate office and I continue to enjoy working with people to help them find their first home!
