Professional Experience
I have been in the construction business for 10 years. I have owned several businesses that are in the construction field. I started the COOLDOCTORS HVAC with my brother which he now runs. I had a HOME IMPROVEMENT INTERIOR TRIM AND CARPENTRY business for several years. At the present time I am a high end Plumber and I have been in that profession for twelve years. We understand that we need to earn your business.
Professional Education and Designations
I attended Palm Beach Community College for four years. I attended the FLORIDA PLUMBER APPRENTICE PROGRAM and I also took classes in the field of ASSOCIATE SCIENCE IN BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION, COMPUTER AIDED DRAFTING DESIGN AND ENGINEERING EMPHASIS.

I am going on my 3rd year in the Real Estate business. I became involved because I tried to sell my first house but to no avail. I turned to a Real Estate Agent; liked what I heard and saw. And since I have the background in construction it gives me another perspective on the real estate business. Soon thereafter I jumped into the business with both feet and here I am today a licensed Real Estate Agent/Mortgage Broker. I supplement my high-touch philosophy, with a high tech edge. I have quick access to local MLS computers and software to help us analyze local market conditions.
