I have been a Florida Real Estate Professional since 1993. I specialize in equestrian estates, farms, land, small ranch properties, single family homes in Martin County, and the Palm City Farms Florida area. I was born and raised on a large farm in Alabama . I lived in Birminham later and raised my children in a little place called Mountain Brook. Florida was always my second home so, I decided to move to Martin County, Florida and Hutchinson Island. I missed my farm life after so long and immediately decided to move to Palm City Farms and build an equestrian farm. My husband and I have loved everyday that we have lived on the farm. I feel qualified to assist in this area of real estate because I live the lifestyle everyday. My listings and sales expand throughout the state of Florida. Palm City Farms still has that Old Florida charm. Recently a customer asked me, " How many miles does a person have to trailer their horses before they can take a trail ride?" I truthfully answered "Just turn right at the driveway." Equestrian life has brough our family together, as there are so many activities for all ages. One day on the farm is an experience of joy. Space, far from the crowd, but just minutes from upscale dining and shopping. What more could anyone want? Palm City Farms...just so beautiful and tropical. I am always ready for my next equestrian experience.

My family believed in doing the best job possible, hard work, dedication, and high achievements at all times. I was alucky to be able to go to the University of Alabama receive my BS in Commerce. After collge I worked with my family business until the company was sold to an international company. This was a great experience for me as it made the foundation for my life.
High achievments were a great part of my lifestyle. I created my own commercial and residential design firm in Mountain Brook, Alabama, and enjoyed a successful company for 15 years. I came to Florida to join my children in 1989. In 1993, I received my Florida Real Estate License and started working in waterfront luxury properties. I later turned by direction to another area of real estate, selling average priced homes in the Port St. Lucie. I worked with Coldwell Banker until 2007 and joined Yanick Realty in Palm City. At present, I am registered with Florida for brokers qualifications. I am owner and broker of Carol Barron-Cross Realty in East Tennessee. I am a member of the Martin County Realtor Association, Member of NAR and FAR. In Tennessee, I am a member of the Knox County MLS with Brokers license.
Marketing changes every day and take a person of action to stay up with the "new" way of doing successful business. I take my profession very serious and meet each day as a challenge for my customers success and my satisfaction. Real Estate has changed drastically and takes a person skilled in many ways, technology, salesmanship, marketing, education, law and execution.
