Hi!!

My name is Viola Vincent, most people call me Vi .... my two wonderful grandchildren call me "MeMee".

Born and raised most of my life in Virgina (near Fairfax, Annandale areas) I moved to Florida when I was in high school and lived in Hollywood (just south of Ft. Lauderdale) for a couple of years before moving to Ohio, where I lived for 25 years.

I returned to Florida about 10 years ago and started my career in Real Estate in Palm Coast and the Flagler area with a great mentor .. my sister ... who was a Realtor for about 20 years before retiring a couple of years ago.

I really love being a REALTOR® ... I get to meet a lot of nice people, see wonderful homes, and find just what my customers are looking for .. at a price they want to be in. I am a full-time real estate professional who is a member of the Flagler County Association of REALTORS®, Florida Association of REALTORS®, and NAR - National Association of REALTORS® and look forward to providing the best possible service to all my clients.

My past clients will tell you that I am not a pushy person and believe that when we are out looking at homes that I have found .. after you tell me your wish list ... you will know right away if the house is for you ... and I will then get you the best price possible, and help you through the inspection, financing and then the closing!

I guess some would call me a baby boomer .. I have grandchildren .. but don't call me Grandma .. I am MeMee .. my little granddaughter Skylar, who is 3, likes to aggravate me and call me grandma ... then she laughs .... Nolan just turned 6 and reading and writing ... geesh ... where has time gone ... my grandkids are the best ... well ... most of the time .... at least to me. We enjoy spending time together, Nolan is now swimming like a fish, and his sister isn't far behind .. wanting to take a running leap off the side of the pool into my arms! Cayden showed himself to the world on July 16th 2008 -- spitting image of his sister and his dad ... nothing better then grandkids!!

I have 2 sisters and 2 brothers ... who most of the time I don't claim ... I keep saying I have to be adopted ... but they keep showing up to my house claiming to be related to me .... Seriously ... they are great people and I am very lucky to have them in my life.
