Cynthia Tant

In four short years, Cindy has become a multi-million dollar producer in the Pensacola, Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key market. Beginning in management as IT Director for a large real estate brokerage along the Emerald Coast, the Sales Manager of a smaller brokerage, and Owner of her own company, Cindy has reached the pinnacle of real estate. Cindy's in-depth training includes special real estate courses such as Economics, Financing, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Investments, 1031 Exchanges, Taxation, Creative Financing, and Internet Marketing Strategies. She has been a real estate investor for the past 12 years and has attended numerous workshops and seminars. CIndy received her Certification for International Property Specialist at the annual NAR convention this past November to transact real estate world wide.

Doc Cindy has a BS and MS from University of West Florida and a PhD in Biomechanics from Texas Woman's University. Prior to real estate, she spent 20 years as a college coach and professor. She is a Certified Facilitator for Robert Kiyosaki's "Cashflow 101 & 202" financial strategy board games. Cindy continues her teaching passion by holding financial literacy "Game Nights".
