EcoLogical Realty has a primary goal of educating Buyers, Sellers, and builders on the benefits of Green homes and Green home features that provide energy efficiency and water conservation, and much more. Although our focus is Green, we have vast experience with all types of Real Estate transactions, including first time homebuyers, military relocations, investment and commercial property.

Our Broker, Patricia (Trish) Sarfert, is a certified EcoBroker and is a founding member of the local Homebuilder's Association "Green" Council. Pam Kirk, part owner, is a licensed contractor who is also on the HBA "Green" Council, and who has qualified as a Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC) Green Certifying Agent. For the past few years, we have been lobbying the builders to build more energy efficient and Green certified homes. Trish also serves on the local MLS Committee and is lobbying to bring Green search options to the local MLS. This will enable Buyers to more readily identify and purchase Green or energy efficient homes, and assist Sellers in marketing the Green features of their homes.
