With a background in technology and mechanics, I transitioned to the real estate industry after having traveled, bought, and sold many homes. I find the business of helping people understand the complexity of buying and selling homes very satisfying. It is my nature to study and pass on the knowledge I gain to others; hence my nickname "Professor Ray" which has been with me since my early school years.

Licensed in the State of Florida since 1988. I am a REALTOR(r) with Prudential Florida 1st Realty and work primarily in the Beach/Intracoastal area of northeast Broward County, although I have lived in several areas of the county and service the Greater Fort Lauderdale area. Waterfront homes and Condomiiniums are my primary focus and expertise.
