Vicky McPhee

I have been a licensed Real Estate Professional since 1997. Prior to that, I was in the related field of banking and mortgage financing for approximately 20 years. I am actively involved in the local Women's Council of Realtors, having served as a State Chapter line officer for 2 years. . I am also actively involved with the local Association of Realtors and current serve as a Director of the Association and the Chair of the Professional Development Committee. I served several years on the County's Housing Advisory Committee and I am a past President of the Charlotte County Bankers for Affordable Housing, which implemented the county's affordable housing and down payment assistance program. I am considered a top producer in my office and rank in the top percentage of agents for the Century 21 franchise in the SW Region of the US. You can count on me to get you through the most challenging of transactions and to provide the expertise you need when you think of real estate.

In addition to my active involvement in the real estate communtiy for SW Florida, I also maintain several critical real estate designations, including GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), PMN (Performance Management Network through the Women's Council of Realtors) and the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist).
