Adam Chicoine

I have been in real estate full time since 1997 and licensed since 1991. I have been awarded the Leading Edge Society, and Chairman’s Circle awards placing me in the top percentile of all Sales Associate. I am a FIVE STAR “Best in Client Satisfaction” recipient in Sarasota Magazine for 2005 and 2006.
I hold a Quality Service Certification that requires me to follow a well-defined process of service to my clients. Delivering better service satisfaction, more service value and higher accountability.
Currently serving as a Director for the Sarasota Association of Realtors, I also support several other organizations in the community, such as All Children’s Hospital, local schools, and political groups.
I graduated from Rhode Island College with a degree in Management and Accounting and worked several years in Boston, MA. Tiring of the New England weather, I moved to Sarasota in 1987, which practically makes me a native. Previously I worked as Controller for a local bank until starting my Real Estate career.
