Accomplishments and Experience
A real estate career which began in 1969 in Rhode Island, over 20 years of experience, managed, marketed and sold Residential and Commercial properties specializing in sales and rentals of waterfront properties. Since 1995 she has focused exclusively on sales and development and design of properties having extensive experience in all facets of property transactions.
Past recognition as a RISD (Rhode Island School of Design), Interior Designer, Buyers, Sellers and Developers engaged her services to complete the final touch to their jeweled properties.

All over the country, the market is undergoing another one of its cyclical changes. We have recently experienced a four year feeding frenzy of speculative buyers, feasting on new construction faster than it could get out of the ground. Sellers were able to boost their property values at record levels. Supply and demand were at pretty even levels, which made the selling much easier. Recently, JoAnn noticed an overall complacency among real estate professionals on each side of the equation. She knew things were about to change, and the trends showed that it was time. Some people deal with change, manage it, or survive it. JoAnn is a woman who not only embraces change, she thrives on it!
Ms. Terranova decided quite some time ago that she needed an approach to getting the transactions to completion, which will transcend all market conditions. In addition to the standard operating procedures in the marketing of real estate, JoAnn prides herself in seeking out the cutting edge, guerilla marketing approaches to bringing buyers and sellers together. She networks with real estate professionals all over the country, and nurtures relationships which are designed to bring our Florida markets to consumers nationwide. Rather than approach them in mass, she targets the top producing Real Estate offices, in markets where there already exists a longing for all things tropical!
