Jeanne Gavish has been licensed since 1990 in Florida. She earned her GRI designation in 1991 and her broker's license in 1997. She has owned three Century 21 franchises before earning her instructor's license and opening a real estate school, where she currently teaches real estate and mortgage licensing classes. She is a GRI 3 instructor for Property Management for FAR and also teaches the National Association of Realtors (NAR)Code of Ethics. She received her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation in 2005.
She became a member of the EXIT family in 2003 and opened EXIT Gulf Shores Realty with her partner Kerry Bullerdick in 2006.
When she is not selling real estate or teaching, Jeanne is an avid volunteer for her community. She is a past Chair of the Government Affairs Committee for the Hernando County Association of Realtors, Director of the Hernando County Association of Realtors, and Director of the Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce. She served as Board Chair of the Chamber in 2005-2006. Governor Bush appointed her to the District Board of Trustees for Pasco-Hernando Community College, where she has served two terms as Board Chair. She was recently reappointed to this board by Governor Crist.
She currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee for the Hernando County, and the Education Committee for the West Pasco Board of Realtors.
