Susan Garrett

Susan Garrett has been a licensed REALTOR since 1996 and has lived in Hernando County since 1977 and has also lived in Pasco County for approximately three years. I have enjoyed working at ERA Pearson Realty in Spring Hill the entire time I have been licensed, benefiting from the combined years of experience and support from my fellow REALTORS in our office.


Marlene Shaw and I have been working together as a team for the past eight years enabling us to serve our customers effectively and still have time for our families.

Marlene has also been a long time resident of Spring Hill and is active in the Rotary Club of Spring Hill. Marlene has also worked at ERA Pearson Realty since receiving her license in 1997.

Education has always been an important and continuing part of my career, helping me to serve my customers to the best of my ability. Because of this, I have taken the necessary education requirements to receive the GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialists), and ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) designations. I have also received the e-Pro Technology Certification. In August of 2009 I received my Broker's license.

Susan received the Realtor/Associate of the Year Award from the Hernando County Association of Realtors in 2004 and 2005

Marlene has also received her CRS and GRI Designations, and received the Civic Achievement Award from the Hernando County Association of Realtors in 2001.
