Monica Nunchuck

Originally from Maryland, born in Hanover raised in Towson. I moved to the St. Augustine area in 1991 and am currently residing in Hastings.

Married to Paul Nunchuck, the City Commissioner for the City of Hastings, Florida. Paul is a native to the St. Augustine area and is employed by Florida East Coast Railway. We met in Melbourne, Florida. When Paul found an opportunity to transfer back to St. Augustine, we both could not resist the lure of his home town and wanted to raise our children closer to their Grandparents. St. Augustine is a great place to raise children, plus the beaches for surfing, the intercoastal waterway for sailing, and the Oldest City for all its history. St Augustine offers a great diversity of local talent and culture.

Paul and I have two boys: Greg, 23 and Alex, 19, attending UCF.

My number one priority is providing superior service to all of my customers. I've worked as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, Certified Medical Assistant, Assistant Manager at a local Bed & Breakfast and a Small Business Owner of New Construction Cleaning Service. I continue to use this experience in providing the very best service to my customers as a professional real estate agent.

I pride myself in the fact I'm an honest ethical professional who treats others with respect and with their best interests at heart. My hobbies include gardening and painting, sewing, and Polka dancing. I love to spend time with my pets : three cats named Archibald, Mad, and Nudge.
