Welcome to Florida Lighthouse Realty! I'm originally from Buffalo, NY and graduated from the University of Vermont in 1973. Moved to Florida in 1977 recruited by Coca-Cola/Minute Maid as Quality Assurance Manager. I quickly gained appreciation for the natural beauty, lifestyle and undeniable benefit of making Florida my permanent home. I had the good fortune to succeed in business primarily in the areas of Purchasing and Marketing Management and owe it all to the positive growth of the Tampa Bay Area. Eventually I opened my own restaurant on Clearwater Beach. My wife Laura and I have since been actively involved in all that Pinellas and the surrounding counties have to offer. My daughter Kelly recently graduated from the University of Central Florida and will always call Florida her home. My background has always relied on strong work ethic, integrity, the highest level of open communication with clients and of course my love for the Tampa Bay Area so I was naturally drawn to Real Estate. I have a working knowledge of the market and live by the rule "The customer is right and always comes 1st". I have strong analytical skills and your best interest is my priority. I will have or get the answers to all of your questions. "The house looks great but is it sound?...Location seems good but is it for me?...What about schools and shopping?...How long will it take to get to work, the beach, the game?"
