Working with people is the best part of what I do. It comes naturally for me to listen to the needs of my clients and work with them in finding a solution that they will be happy with. My motto is to "treat you like family from day one". Not because it sounds good, but because we will work on this goal together and together we will succeed.

My personal favorite is working with first time home buyers. It is a very exciting and anxious time in your life. It is where you make the choice to stop renting and start owning! It is the beginning of securing your future with a place to call your own in addition to making a HUGE investment that will bring you a HUGE return in the years to come. With real estate in your portfolio, you can borrow against it and gradually purchase more homes. You may even consider becoming an investor or business owner (landlord). Whatever you chose, I'll be there with you from the beginning through the end.

Juli's main goal in developing her business practice is to meet or exceed the needs of her clients. Furthermore, she strongly believes in conducting her practice in a highly ethical manner that provides a win-win situation for all those involved in the transaction. She recognizes the importance of identifying the goals and preferences of her clients, open communication and following up with them even after the closing has occurred... truly being there for them "every step of the way". Juli states that securring the client is only a small part of the process... it is making them so happy with the end result that they want to give you repeat business and entrust you to work with their friends and family that is more important.

Juli has been a licensed Realtor for 6 years and focuses on residential homes, condos & town homes.
While licensed, she has held a position as an operations manager for a high performing team that sold over $70 million in residential and commercial real estate. Her prior work experience includes business management and customer service with a focus on operations, sales and customer service. Juli has focused her college education on business management and a minor in marketing.

An entrepreneur at heart, Juli's and her husband Brian are adding to their collection of real estate investments. Juli lives in the Harbor Oaks/Downtown Clearwater area with her husband Brian and their two dogs. They are restoring a 1920's home and enjoy Real Estate prospecting, traveling, sight seeing, landscape design and other fun stuff :)
