About Jeff Launiere, P.A., e-PRO
Growing up in Westport, Connecticut Jeff received his education in Biochemistry and Information Technology and spent many years in the medical and computer fields. After moving to Wesley Chapel in 2003, Jeff decided to become a Realtor.

Having always being involved in helping people, Jeff found Real Estate a perfect extension of this, whether helping a buyer find their dream home, or helping market and sell a home for a homeowner. Jeff’s goal is to listen, educate, and always look out for his client’s best interest.

Jeff has always given back to the community whether volunteering as an emergency medical technician, as a Certified Critical Incident Stress Debriefer, or as a Founder’s Club Member and Ambassador of the Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce.

Jeff would be honored to work for you in any Real Estate needs you may have. Jeff can be contacted at 813-469-3163 or by e-mail at Info@SweetHomeTampa.com.com.
Jeff Launiere has several years experience as a Real Estate Professional and Consultant. Specializing in the areas of New Tampa and Wesley Chapel, Jeff serves the greater Tampa area as a Residential Real Estate Expert.

The National Association of Realtors certified Jeff as an e-PRO Certified Internet Expert designation. With a background as a Computer Specialist Jeff understands the online and conventional marketing required to sell a home in the quickest amount of time, at the highest price, and with the least amount of inconvenience.

For buyers Jeff uses his computer expertise using a special program to locate the best buys in each neighborhood or area. He spends time previewing properties so you get to see only the cream of the crop. Jeff then uses his negotiating expertise to save you many thousands of dollars and to get you the best terms.

Best of all is that Jeff answers his phone whenever possible and always returns your call the same day, and usually within an hour.

Jeff always provides his easy exit guarantee. If you are ever unhappy with the service provided, you always have the right to cancel any contracts or agreements at no cost or obligation to you.
