He opened Exit Extreme Realty in April of 2004 with 3 agents and has grown to 3 successful real estate offices. Johnny mentors and trains the agents in his offices, and outside the office has trained tens of thousands of agents in the US & Canada. Throughout a diverse 13-year career incorporating all aspects of real-estate sales and investment, Johnny Loewy has the proven history of an accomplished executive, visionary entrepreneur, and a dexterous trouble-shooter. Johnny has run the sales and marketing departments for some of the largest developers in the country covering the range of single family, multifamily, and commercial properties. He was the Director of Sales and Marketing for Capital Pacific Homes, Sales Manager for Rocky Mountain Home Company, and Marketing Manager for Citrus Hills Development Company. Johnny is especially diverse in onsite sales, having been the top selling agent at every site he worked as a realtor, and successfully training onsite sales teams as a broker.

Johnny’s life revolves around real estate and sales but he believes life must be balanced. He spends a considerable amount of his free time volunteering at the Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL. Because of his enthusiasm and dedication to the industry, Johnny has earned the honor of being recognized as one of the top real estate agents in the country. As successful as he is in the traditional real estate market, his true passion is to train and mentor individuals to become better than he ever dreamt of being himself.
